Experience Fix Conditioning Fixative
Texture creation is only half the process.
To ensure the new shape remains stable, protected, and beautifully finished, the service is completed with Experience Fix Conditioning Fixative (500 ml).
Its formula is enriched with Ceramide A2, inspired by the natural intercellular cement that helps maintain cohesion within the hair structure.
This powerful ingredient helps:

The Professional Experience Protocol
Precision in Every Step
For flawless, long-lasting texture results, follow the Experience protocol without the use of heat.
Step 1: Cleansing & Preparation
Cleanse the hair thoroughly to remove any product residues and impurities.
Towel-dry carefully to eliminate excess water while maintaining optimal moisture levels for service performance.
Step 2: Saturation
Prepare between 50 ml and 75 ml of the appropriate Experience Waving Solution according to the hair type.
Application may be performed:
- Directly on long, healthy hair before wrapping
- Indirectly on already wrapped rollers
For perfect saturation, apply two complete passes to each roller.
This ensures even penetration and consistent texture development throughout the hair.
Step 3: Controlled Processing
Cover the hair with a transparent cap to maintain uniform processing conditions.
Strictly follow the recommended processing times:
Liquids 0 & 1
- Maximum 15–20 minutes
Liquids 2 & 3
- Maximum 10–15 minutes
Accurate timing ensures predictable and consistent results.
Step 4: Fixing
Rinse thoroughly for approximately 5 minutes and gently blot away excess water.
Prepare 100 ml of Experience Fix Conditioning Fixative.
Apply the first 60 ml directly onto the rollers and leave on for 5 minutes to begin stabilising the newly formed texture.
Step 5: Final Sealing
Carefully remove the rollers.
Apply the remaining 40 ml of Experience Fix to the lengths and ends, gently massaging through the hair.
Rinse thoroughly without shampooing.
Complete the service with a conditioning mask for 5 minutes before the final rinse.
